Music Lessons
Our comprehensive music instruction on all instruments and voice serves over 250 students. A professionally trained faculty of 30 experienced and enthusiastic teachers offers instruction for individuals ages five through adult. Many of our instructors are active performers, members of various symphony orchestras and other musical ensembles, and artists-in-residence at area schools.
Lessons can be started at any time throughout the year. Family scheduling is accommodated and instrument assistance may be available. Kindermusik® is also offered in terms for infants through age seven who may be too young for traditional lessons.
Regular practice and preparation for lessons is expected. Other policies and procedures will be communicated at registration. A Spring Recital series is held and participation is required. Mid-year recitals and other opportunities to perform also exist.
